The name of the applicant, father's name / mother's name, date of birth etc. should be spelt correctly in the form as it appears in the certificates. No corrections will be allowed later on.

It is mandatory to fill all the fields marked ( * ) in red.In case a field is not applicable to you please mention NA (Not Applicable).

An incomplete registration form will be automatically rejected.

After completing the form, click on 'Submit' button you will receive an acknowledgement receipt .

You are required to take a print of the  Acknowledgement Receipt as well as the duly filled form  

You are required to retain a copy of the acknowledgement receipt as well as the form for future correspondance.

Please keep ready the following documents in digital form for uploading the same on the registration form - Recent coloured passport photograph of the Child/Father/Mother,Date of Birth Certificate,Aadhaar Card (Child/Father/Mother),Student Report card of the previous school (applicable for class III onwards),ID Proof of Father & ID Proof of Mother.
